This are photographs of a commission I did during the holidays. I was commissioned by a restaurant owner to paint a series of murals outside his shop that would welcome guests. These murals needed to reflect Portuguese culture at the port of Rio Douro, i selected elements of music, wine and landscape. The murals show scenes of the port of Rio Douro, the traditional Portuguese Fado, and other scenes.
Completed within 2 weeks these murals were painted in acrylic paint.
The greatest painting challenge I have had to do in all my life. A challenge I think I didn't do too bad in.
